Pet Sitting
-What we do:
Play, walk, feed, and clean toilet. *For more tasks, please ask.
3,500JPY for first 1 hour (additional 1,000JPY for every 30 minutes)
500 JPY off campaign available for posting on social media
at Instagram and Facebook pages.
*Additonal cost will be charged for 10kg and over.
*Transtortaion fee will be added for each visit. *Please check below “Notes”
*1,500JPY+transportation fee will be charged for a pre-visit meeting.
*Service cost cannot be devided.

Long house sitting
For over 12 up to 24 hours : 2,5000JPY plus additional cost*.
*Round-trip transportation fee will be charged.
*For reservations of 3 days or more, payment must be made at the time of booking.
*There will be cancellation fee of 10,000JPY per day.
*Please be aware that your pet sitter need to be out few times per day.

Notes
Transportation costs
You will be charged the actual cost of gas from my place to yours(Based on our calculation method). If the distance exceeds 10km one way, an additional 1,000JPY will be charged for every 10km.
About first time use
In order to build a relationship of trust between you(owner and pet) and us, we will visit you once before your first use. *pre-visit meeting
Please note that even after the pre-visit meeting, we may determine that it is difficult to meet your requests.
We of course will take good care of your pets as if it were our own, however, we cannot be held responsible for injuries or death of your pets during the use.
Please note that we cannot accept claims of theft, loss, or damage as this is a service that involves taking care of your house keys and entering your home while you are away.
